What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a time limited, non – technically exhaustive visual evaluation of the readily accessible areas and major components of the home for the sole purpose of identifying major deficiencies.

However at All In One Home Inspections Inc it means much more than that.

Buying a home is a major decision.

Some other considerations for homebuyers aside from the price and the neighbourhood are:

  • 1.   Do we like the floor plan?
  • 2.   Is the style right for us?
  • 3.   Is the size of the home suitable?
  • 4.   Is the house structurally sound?
  • 5.   Will additional money be required for repairs?
  • 6.   Will these repair costs be major?

Steve will inspect all of the homes major systems and components such as the:

At All In One Home Inspections Inc we want to assist you in making an informed choice.

Although a home inspection does not eliminate the risk of buying a home, Steve’s extensive construction background and experience as a general contractor will greatly reduce the chances of a future problem.

We use the Horizon Reporting System which
provides photos, diagrams and easy to understand
descriptions of conditions discovered.
